Our purpose-built Canine pool in (location) opened in 2020 and is available to hire for general swim sessions or for rehabilitation. We would love seeing so many dogs for swimming for fun and fitness!

 

Our pool is 6x4m so is a great size for fun and fitness as well as treating for rehabilitation. The centre also has a treatment room, changing room toilet facilities and a natural treat shop the pool is heated to 30 degrees.

 

Our environment was designed by myself, Lucy, after taking my dog to so many pools to swim I was looking for a quiet, soothing environment where dogs can relax and be treated on a 1:1 basis with no other dog distractions in the building, it is designed for the use of dogs that may need some space and we allow plenty of time so there is no rush for the next appointment to be waiting.

 

Dogs are showered before entering the pool to remove any debris and again after the session with a shampoo if required, drying is also available but I can highly recommend drying robes for fast drying. It has been recommended for dogs to spend no more than 20 mins within the water. Our pool water is treated by chlorine and tested everyday. We use buoyancy aids or harnesses for your dogs safety and have plenty of toys.
